2nd April, 2012: Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited in a disclosure statement required under the material information disclosure provisions of the Stock Exchange Listing regulations, today announced that the gas supply to DH Fertilizer plant (A wholly owned subsidiary of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited) has been suspended by the Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL). SNGPL has informed that disruption in of gas supply is due to sabotage activity and widening gap between the supply and demand, thus leading to this situation. The Company will inform the Stock Exchanges about resumption of gas supply as and when it is restored.
