An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Dawood Hercules Chemicals Limited (DHCL) was held at the registered office of the Company in Lahore on 12th July 2007 in which the shareholders gave their approval u/s 208 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 for the subscription of 15% Right Shares of Engro Chemical Pakistan Limited (ECPL), an associated company.
