Dawood Hercules Chemicals Limited offers a challenging and comprehensive 08 Months theoretical and practical training programme for the young graduate engineers. The training programme is designed to groom young talent through a challenging course of study that covers all the aspects of safe and efficient operations of a sophisticated chemical plant.

Dawood Hercules provides excellent working conditions conducive to character building and development of managerial and technical skills in highly competitive and professional environment.

Talented fresh graduate engineers (only) from the field of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics are invited to apply.

Qualification	B.E/B.Sc. Engineering degree in above mentioned fields. Candidates who have been declared successful and who have appeared in final examination can also apply.
Age	Maximum 27 years on 01 May, 2008.
Stipend	Rs. 17,500 per month for the first half of the training period & Rs. 20,000 per month for the remaining second half of the training period.
Employment	On successful completion of the training programme, the top performers shall be offered permanent employment with the Company.
