Serves as Chief Executive of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited and Chairman of DH Fertilizers Limited, Dawood Lawrencepur Limited, and Tenaga Generasi Limited. He is also a Director on the Boards of Hub Power Company Limited, Engro Corporation Limited, Engro Fertilizer Limited, Cyan Limited, Engro Powergen Limited and Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited. He previously served as Chief Executive of the Dawood Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Dawood Hercules Corporation.

Mr. Pracha is a graduate electrical engineer from the University of Salford, UK and prior to joining the Dawood Hercules Group, spent a major part of his career with ICI Plc's Pakistan operations in a variety of senior roles including a period of international secondment with the parent company in the UK. He is also a founding member of the Pakistan Society for Human Resource Managers and previously served as the first CEO of the Karachi Education Initiative, the sponsoring entity of the Karachi School for Business & Leadership.

Ali Aamir is a Chartered Accountant qualified from The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He has over 27 years of varied professional experience in the fields of auditing, accounting, finance, investment banking, taxation, information technology and company secretarial affairs in reputable companies like AF Ferguson & Co, ANZ Grindlays Bank, ICI Pakistan Ltd, and Lotte Pakistan PTA Ltd.

Akram Durrani has over thirty years of professional HR management experience with multinational, private and public sector organizations representing diversified mix of nationalities, cultures and management styles, in the areas of organizational restructuring, change management, business acquisition /sale, outsourcing and policies & procedures development. He has gained his experience through association with Saudi Arabian Airlines (Jeddah – Saudi Arabia), Paktel Limited, American Express (Pakistan & Singapore), State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi Electric Supply Company and Wateen Telecom Limited. He is associated with Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited since November 2009.

Shafiq Ahmed joined Dawood Hercules Corporation in 2007 and has worked in different senior positions, including the Chief Executive Officer of Dawood Lawrencepur Limited and Tenaga Generasi Limited. Prior to joining the Dawood Group, he served in senior management position in Pakistan National Shipping Corporation and has also been associated with Ford Rhodes Sidat Hyder & Co. Having a flair for textiles, energy and accounting, his career spans over eighteen years working with industry leaders and pioneers in these fields. He holds a degree of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a degree in Law from Karachi University.
